Line Effect

This was done in photoshop CS as you can see!

Step 1

Open a image and make a background layour and colour it. I picked black Then right click on your image and click blending options



Step 2

Tick the pattern overlay box and click the pattern overlay text. You will see bubbles change it to the one in the 2 row across and it will be number 3 across.
